About me…

Where it began

From a sensitive child to depletion

As a child I was a very sensitive girl, I loved the outdoors with my rabbit and cat, I joked a lot, and I loved life. After puberty, the light started to go out, slowly and without a clear “reason,” and life started to leave me little by little.

I tried to control everything, I did well at work, had a nice place, many friends, exercised, did fun things, yet I still landed in a burn-out.

That is where my search for more energy and for myself began.

Knowledge and experience

The trainings that built my base

I wanted to understand what was really going on. The 3-year natural nutrition education gave a solid base, but I still could not get to the core.

Over the years I followed more trainings, from lifestyle coach to breath work, systemic coach, intermittent living, keto, and orthomolecular study.

To be honest…it was never the whole story. I had learned so much and used it in practice, yet I felt: there is more.

A deeper layer

The part I did not dare to use for a long time

Something that was always there, but I was not allowed to use. Something I did not dare to fully use for a long time. A very clear knowing, feeling beyond words. The ability to attune to another, soul to soul. A very strong channel.

Something I had done since early childhood, but gradually stopped daring. For a long time I kept it in the background. I did not name it, because I did not yet dare to trust myself fully.

Until I made more space to slow down and to feel, and it suddenly became very clear: this is what I am very good at, and I can help so many people with it.
